Hello, I’m Johanna, a Greek American Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of ADHD Athens. My work is dedicated to supporting adolescents and  adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity so they can better understand themselves, manage personal, professional and health challenges to improve their quality of life.

In this 10-week workshop, we will explore:

  • What adult ADHD is and what executive functions play a role in starting & finishing a task

  • How to solve productivity obstacles through CBT & mindfulness strategies for obstacles
